They're selling dp t-shirts, and they have an explanation near the end of their journal as to why it doesnt infringe on copyright.

im not going to argue with anyone, but selling unlicensed merchandise is illegal, and i wont sell anything copyrighted unless i get permission from the owners first.
Maybe you should tell them that it does infringe then...

their explanation boils down to "no one's said we CAN'T do it, so we're doing it." it doesnt mean theyre in the right to do so.
